I had the worse experiences with this business they gave a price and when I took the items need to be done they double the price

I dropped a glider rocker off to be re-stuffed. The seat cushion under the nice black leather covering had worn down to the point that my tailbone was hitting solid wood. I gave specific info on what the problem was and what I wanted fixed. They kept the chair for a week. When I called about the chair, the ?craftsman? wanted to sell me some leather protection. $169.00 later I pick up the chair , take it home and sit in it. It seemed not much better then before. Within a couple of days I was suffering from the sore tailbone again. I turned the seat over and stared to undo the Velcro to see what kind of ?stuffing had been added or replaced. Well NOTHING was added or replaced. They did not do a dam thing to fix the problem. So I went to a fabric shop and bought some foam, put it in my self. Problem solved. I will never us arrow upholstery again. more

I bought drapries from Arrow! They would not [provide me with break down of cost on anything ! Do not worry, my attorney will deal with that company! There at it again. I found out the true price of my drappery fabric was 24.00 a yard ! Consumer beware! I,m not going to let them get away with there price gouging again more

Arrow Hates Their Customers 5/24/2010

I have never been experienced worse customer service or just plain rudeness from a business than I have with Arrow Upholstery. How they remain in business is a mystery to me...shame on you Arrow! I had purchased a love seat at auction over the holidays. I wanted to get the item re-upholstered and possibly get matching drapes to compliment and accent the room it was to be in. I had seen the commercials on TV and thought I would call Arrow as well as a couple other local companies. When the sales lady came to my house, she was initially friendly and seemed interested in my story of how I acquired the sofa. Boy did things change fast...When I told here that I was getting a ""couple of bids"" from other businesses...she immediately started in with the high pressure sales pitch and starting acting rude as though I was an irritation to her. I should have said something, but I didn't want to upset my mother who was with me at the house when the saleslady from Arrow came by. Immediately after she left I called Arrow to speak to a manager. Whoever answered the phone was very rude and said ""He Ain't here now"" and hung up the phone. I had my husband call back a day or so later and when he asked to speak to one of the owners ( we were able to search online and find out that they were a locally owned business) a gentleman came on the phone and started to yell at my husband about how I had wasted their time and didn't even buy anything. My husband is an attorney and politely reminded the man on the phone that a part of doing business is giving quotes on potential business. The man from Arrow didn't seem to care and mumbled something, cursed then hung up on my husband Long story short, the man on the phone was rude, crude, and socially unacceptable. I now tell everyone in our neighborhood and at church about our experience with Arrow Upholstery and we simply can't believe that in this economy a business would treat potential customers with such disregard. Bad customer service and very expensive 8/19/2007

After the sale was done I never herd of them again. My order took about 4 months for drapes. A simple job. The work was much more expensive than another than other competition. Part of this was my fault because I did not shop around. The other part Arrow upholstery took advantage of my ignorance. Pros: Variety Cons: Bad Customer Service, too Expensive and it takes a long time more

Horrible work and even worse customer service. 7/16/2007

I had my loveseat reupholstered by Arrow. The job took twice as long as promised. Then on the morning of delivery they added a protection spray for additional cost. One week later the seam in the arm pulled apart. They took the couch back and pulled the loose fabric over to cover up the seam. One week after the lousy repair, I have stuffing coming out of the couch, buttons coming out and keeping moving back my appointments to repair the couch again. I spoke to Sid, the owner, today. He tells my wife one story in the morning and then tells me a different story in the afternoon. I had the original couch for 13 years and never had this much trouble as I do with Arrow. Pros: Store is beautiful. Cons: Prices are not listed. Follow up service is really bad. more
