We have an issue with out rent house during one of the really bad storms, Our tenants have kids, & the power in over most of the house went out. No other company could squeeze us in, but when i called Arrow, they took my # to see what they could do, & called me right back with an appointment time. While waiting for my appointment, they told me to also call Oncor (they told me about 75% of the issues like mine were on Oncor's side). The tech got there just as Oncor pulled up, & let Oncor go ahead & check out what he needed to. Arrow worked with Oncor to ensure the power was back on in the house, & charged me a very minimal service fee. There was more work needed to permanently fix the issue, so the tech texted it to me (since it was after hours on the weekend). Then the office emailed me a typed up copy first thing Monday morning. They are a wonderful company, & would definitely use/refer them!!!
