We had a troubleshooting problem with the electrical wire that went underground for quite some distance between the garage and our home. We had tried to no avail do it on our own, but Mark was much more qualified than me. He spent time with me on the phone to figure out if he could even work on this type of problem. That was a big plus for me because the other electricians wouldn't even give me the time of day. But he knew what to do, and he had people who understood the problem and took care of it. Had it not worked out as easily as it did, he knew what steps to take to fix it. The individual who came out to do the work was pleasant, polite, and he knew what he was doing.
