Roof air conditioner is leaking water into my baby's room, through the electrical system, into the crib, causing thousands in damage not to mention the fire danger and weeks of repair. ATC seems unconcerned and in no hurry to resolve this issue. All of this due to shoddy workmanship during install and maintenance. more

They are honest, reliable, do a great job and I've had no problems with them! 9/2/2011

I have used Around the Clock Heating and Air Conditioning for a rental property I own. I like how the first year maintenance contract is included and then after that the contract is very reasonable. Also, they call you to remind you when it's time for maintenance, which I really appreciate because I sometimes forget those things and it's great to have a reminder. This summer, I decided to get a new unit for my own house. I decided to get an estimate from a different company. It was cheaper, however I felt like the guy was not being entirely honest with me and was trying to sell me something I didn't need. I asked the guy from Around the Clock if he thought I needed the larger unit and he told me right off the bat that I absolutely did not need that unit, which helped me to make up my mind on which company to go with. They may not be the cheapest company out there, but I really feel like they are the most honest company. When they came to do the installation for me, they accidentally blew out the pilot light on my hot water heater, leaving me without hot water! I called them up and they were able to send someone out within an hour of my call. I was very impressed with how they handled the situation and think that is very telling of a company! I'd definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anybody! Pamela Price more

Very satisfactory. 3/15/2010

My installation was especially hard for Around the Clock Air Conditioning and Heating because they could not get the truck into my garage and there was no parking available in front of my building. So, they had to take everything up the stairs, through the main lobby, and up the elevator to my apartment. They had to work very hard but there were no complaints. They were very nice about it, and they did a good job cleaning after themselves. And I thought the price would be much higher, but it was pretty reasonable. I would recommend Around the Clock Air Conditioning and Heating. more

Had a disaster last year with my central AC and it happened on Friday night. Well, the night without air was OK with open windows, but next day, Saturday, around 102 degrees in the morning, my whole family was dying for cold air. Called couple of companies, the earliest we could schedule for an anourmous amount of money was 3 days since Saturday... "all technicials are scheduled for service..." was answer. We found "Around the Clock" on google and called. Surprisingly, our tech was in our house in 4-5 hours after I called. He replaced something, I'm not that good at understanding that, and our AC was back to normal. What a service!!! Thank you Around the Clock from all our family. I will use this company and recommend them to everyone I know. more

Quick, efficient, and they cleaned up afterward. 3/11/2010

I decided to use Around the Clock Air Conditioning and Heating because I liked the way that Al talked and the fact that they came immediately, as soon as I needed them. Also, the price was right. Around the Clock replaced my furnace and it is working fine now. They came out right away, worked very efficiently, and cleaned up afterward. They also checked everything to make sure that it was working. I am very happy with their service. Matt Goldberg more

Around the clock is exactly what it means. They came out in the middle of the highest heat and repaired our air conditioner when it failed and only replaced what was necessary and charged us very reasonably. more

They were very nice over the phone and they are fully bonded and insured. Free service call only if the service is used- I think thats a little cheap- it should always be a free service call no matter what. The due have same day service (like the name says). They can fix anything from refrigerators, freezers, ovens, microwaves, stoves, washers, dryers and dishwashers. The factory s that these appliances come from mostly authorized this company to fix it. They due have a 5 year warranty for thier parts. That is cool. more
