I have used Around the Clock Heating and Air Conditioning for a rental property I own. I like how the first year maintenance contract is included and then after that the contract is very reasonable. Also, they call you to remind you when it's time for maintenance, which I really appreciate because I sometimes forget those things and it's great to have a reminder.
This summer, I decided to get a new unit for my own house. I decided to get an estimate from a different company. It was cheaper, however I felt like the guy was not being entirely honest with me and was trying to sell me something I didn't need. I asked the guy from Around the Clock if he thought I needed the larger unit and he told me right off the bat that I absolutely did not need that unit, which helped me to make up my mind on which company to go with. They may not be the cheapest company out there, but I really feel like they are the most honest company.
When they came to do the installation for me, they accidentally blew out the pilot light on my hot water heater, leaving me without hot water! I called them up and they were able to send someone out within an hour of my call. I was very impressed with how they handled the situation and think that is very telling of a company! I'd definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anybody!
