Mark came in on Monday and ran a diagnostic on our water heater. The part was ordered to be delivered ""next day"" and would be installed either Tuesday or Wednesday depending on the delivery time. Mark called early Tuesday afternoon and was here to install the part within the hour. We really appreciate dealing with a company that keeps its word in addition to doing a great job. Service is extremely important to us and we highly recommend both Armstrong Plumbing and Mark!
