My experience with Arlington Auto Body was top-notch from start to finish. The kind people at the front desk organized a tow and a rental for me right before they closed without complaint. The tow truck driver took extra care loading my car and delivering it safely to Arlington where the staff kept me up to date on its progress. When I picked it up the work was flawless. The staff wanted to make sure that I was pleased with my vehicle. I was thrilled and will definitely visit Arlington Auto Body if the need should arise again. Thanks to all the staff who made this process as painless as possible!\r more

As someone who has used Arlington on two occasions, I find it very hard to believe they treated you this way. They handled my car after my first and second accident. Not only were they extremely professional, but they gave me a discount towards my deductible. The Owner made sure to tell me exactly what was wrong and what my options were as well as making sure that the insurance company was all set with paying on thier end before any work commenced. I recommend them to all my friends and will continue to use them.\r more

The owners wife who helped me was a class-less & unprofessional, she spent the first half hour telling me how great they were, only to have to return three additional times for what was a ""simple repair"". Stay clear, my insurance company is looking into their actions. more

They towed our vehicle to their shop, took care of the paper work and got us a rental car. more

Truly the best Auto Body Shop in RI 3/29/2012

Their tow truck driver came to get my car when it got rear ended on the highway and he was very curtious and loaded my car safely. I was very impressed at the high level of professionalism at Arlington Auto Body, it was very nice to actually meet the owners Angelo Moretti and his wife Maria, after speaking with them I felt very confident leaving my 2008 BMW X5 to get fixed, specially because Mr. Moretti doesn't just run the business from his desk, he holds a Certified Master License in auto body repair, to me that means a lot of experience. The quality of the work is second to none, my car was in show room condition just like the day I bought it. Thank you Arlington. more

The best quality, hands down!!!! 3/22/2012

It was just unbelievable how they restored my mom's mercedes to show room conditions. 3 weeks ago my mom was involved in an accident and wrecked her mercedes and Arlington Auto Body gave my mom and me all of the atention we needed at that moment, I also noticed that they have personnel that speak portuguese and spanish which was excellent because my mom speaks spanish, speaks english also but she's more confortable speaking spanish. Anyways Maria Moretti along with Lisa the secretary were very helpful and guided us through all the process with the Insurance Company and getting the police report. They also managed to get us a rental car which was very convenient. I can't say enough about the quality of their work, the excellent customer service and pleasant people that run this business. more
