As someone who has used Arlington on two occasions, I find it very hard to believe they treated you this way. They handled my car after my first and second accident. Not only were they extremely professional, but they gave me a discount towards my deductible. The Owner made sure to tell me exactly what was wrong and what my options were as well as making sure that the insurance company was all set with paying on thier end before any work commenced. I recommend them to all my friends and will continue to use them.\r
