Heating and Air 12/27/2016

Pat Buschard was very knowledgeable and worked hard to correct our heating problem, felt he was honest and wanted to resolve the problem as much as we did. With this being said I would highly recommend Pat Buschard...outstanding. The only dislike was how long we had to wait to get our heating problem to be fixed due to the availability of Arlinghaus Heating and Air, it took over two weeks to schedule service for our heating unit in the middle of December. more

Comfort is a good thing on a cold day 12/20/2016

Steve and Eric arrived on schedule, and even brought a portable heater because the day was quite cold. We chose to leave them in charge of the house while we went to our daughter's house in Lebanon. We stayed in contact via cell phones until they were near completion at which time I returned in time to undergo operation instructions, etc and pay the bill. Ouch. While it seemed like quite a lot of money, we bought the top of the line and expect service to justify the investment. The men were polite and friendly, and also very efficient in completing that amount of work in a relatively short time. We are quite pleased with the way the unit is performing. Also quite pleased with the entire experience. more

Not recommended 12/11/2016

I understand nowadays reviews are screened/deleted by owners/their family. Before deletion maybe this help someone out. Noticed they were at neighbor’s house so called. Guy was nice, got red flag right away when he started talking replacement. Did diagnostic service and found nothing for repair. Still got charged of course. Got bad feeling if my wife was here they would have pushed her into a new system. Everybody wants your money... this company a little more obvious at it. Would not recommend them stepping into your home. Be very careful whom you let into your house. Your Customer Review will be posted after review by BBB and the Business more

Thorough checkup 11/22/2016

Bart Richards performed a thorough checkup on my furnace, cleaning all parts (including pump) and all filters. He also got out the high tech equipment and checked the oxygen/carbon. I feel confident and ready to meet Old Man Winter. more

Highly recommend! Great service,skilled techs 9/26/2016

Pat Buschhard serviced our heating system. He called to confirm appointment and showed up on time. Took the time to do a great job, recommended adding a CO detector since our home did not have one. Cleaned up afterwards and made sure all was in working order before leaving. I have used this company before and will continue to for years to come. more

Maintenance on A/C unit 5/4/2016

Jake Patterson was our Service Specialist. He called to give me an idea of his arrival time and was punctual. He checked our A/C unit and found that it was not working properly. A significant problem was avoided thanks to Jake. He explained what the problem was, how it could be fixed, how much it would be to repair. What I liked about Jake, besides his politeness, was that he checked with me first regarding a repair issue and the cost. I greatly appreciated that. I am glad we work with Arlinghaus because the Service Specialists are always helpful, insightful, and courteous. I will continue to use them for our heating and cooling units. I recommend them highly. more
