Jake Patterson was our Service Specialist. He called to give me an idea of his arrival time and was punctual. He checked our A/C unit and found that it was not working properly. A significant problem was avoided thanks to Jake. He explained what the problem was, how it could be fixed, how much it would be to repair. What I liked about Jake, besides his politeness, was that he checked with me first regarding a repair issue and the cost. I greatly appreciated that. I am glad we work with Arlinghaus because the Service Specialists are always helpful, insightful, and courteous. I will continue to use them for our heating and cooling units. I recommend them highly.
