We received excellent service during our estimate. Our job was completed on time. The house was left spotless. They even painted a closet and ceiling that was not on the estimate. We were told "I knew it would look better if I made those touch ups." They treated our home like it was their home. I will be calling them in the future. more

I was very satisfied with the service I received. Starting with Bobby D. (General Mgr) who came out and gave me a fair estimate and help me select the color for our exterior painting job. Jasmine ( office) who coordinated the any questions I had from initial appointment to final payment. And Jonathan S. and his assistant Michael (painters) who did a great job. They were on time, courteous, explained what they were doing, completed the job on time and walked with us to do a thorough inspection before they left. Also, did a very good clean up. more

Chino and his partner were very courteous and helpful. Chino did the work that the salesman should have completed. We picked colors with him and he ordered the paint. They were on time and always cleaned up after the area was done. Made sure we did a walk around and were happy. Great employees are hard to come by these days. Despite a shaky start the exterior painting of our home was done well and Joe Miller, owner, assumed contact with us until the job completion was done to our satisfaction. He and the second crew who completed our painting project gained high marks in our personal review. We had received a referral and also researched different painting companies in our area and are happy that we made the choice we did. more

Although a slow start the work was finished on time. Painting job was excellent and very professional. Clean up was quick and everything back to normal. Only thing left behind was a great looking house exterior. I smile every time I pull into the driveway. more

They finished painting the house on December 28, 2016 It took 3 men a day and a half to complete the job. After the job was completed, they did request for me to do a walk around and i pointed out some obvious minor problems. Being sick for the past few weeks, i never had the chance to do a detailed inspection of my home. This week since i recovered from my cold, i was able to do a more detailed walk around. I noticed paint and paint splatter on both the side walk and patio. I also noticed that most of the window frames had tape residue from masking, Some areas could also use touch ups. It should be noted that I'm a very meticulous when it come to any work done on my home. Because of the cold weather, i believe the tape residue is permanently bonded to the window frames. more

This is the second time we used APC for our rental home. The first job was interior paint of the entire house about three years ago. That job was done nicely without any issues. This time, we wanted to paint the exterior of the house. The job was started and completed as promised beginning of December 2016. There were a few touch ups and rework that needed to be done. An appointment with the painter was scheduled where the items were discussed. The foreman arrived late to this appointment, but agreed that all items would be taken care of as soon as possible. The painter came out to do the rework on December 20, but did not complete all the rework to our satisfaction. The paint on the front door still looked awful. After another phone call to APC, they sent the painter out again, who called us to schedule an appointment, stating that somebody needs to be at the house so he can paint while the door is open. A couple of hours before the appointment, he called to say he didn't have enough paint and he needed to reschedule for the following weekend, Jan 7 2017. He never showed or called that day. With another three phone calls and messages left with the foreman, the manager, the front office we were promised that the problem will be addressed as soon as possible. The painter was scheduled again to have the work completed on Jan 14; he was supposed to be at the house between 11am and noon. He showed before 10 am. Luckily the tenant was home and was able to open the front door to have the rework started. Unfortunately, after the rework was completed, the front door looked just as bad as it did the first time he painted it. Since we had to check with APC so many times, one would have thought the manager might want to follow up on whether the work was done to our satisfaction, but nobody called us to do so. We are unclear why the company kept sending the same person out instead of having somebody else come out who could perform better quality work. This whole situation cost us a lot of time and anxiety. We had to arrange our schedule to meet the painter on several occasions, call back multiple times trying to get a hold of somebody in the office, left voice mails, waited for call backs. In the end we are left with an ugly looking front door that we will somehow take care of ourselves, since APC apparently cannot send somebody to do the job right. Needless to say we are an unhappy customer. more

In March of 2015 we had our home repainted and they did an excellent job. I called in late December regarding warranty work (reappearing cracks and fading under the windows) and they said put the necessary paint out beside the garage and someone would come out the next Monday and look at the issues. No show on that Monday. Called on Jan 11, 2017 and explained my issue. Was told someone would call us back. Call back from Joe and set appointment for Sat. 1-14 at 1:00. No show, no call. Was told they always put 2 coats of paint on interior walls. Didn't. Was told it would take 2 days, didn't. That being said, the job was fine (with the exception of a few dings that were not fixed). Cost was on high side but acceptable if it took the full 2 days. It did not. We did receive an adjustment, just not what I thought was reasonable. Very high for 1 days work. more

1st crew were very sketchy and flaked out. 2nd crew did a nice job but clean up could have been better. over all happy with paint work. more
