I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! I had an issue with my wall oven and a tech spent over an hour at my house. He notified me that I needed a computer board that would cost approximately $450. I paid him the service fee of $50 and started making calls to various other repair companies/appliance stores to check prices on new ovens. I had Integrity Appliance come in to look at the oven for a second opinion and the technician literally spent 1-2 minutes looking at the control panel and pressed a couple of buttons. Well, he fixed the problem. I was shocked and disappointed at the tech's lack of knowledge re the oven. I then called them to let them know about this issue and asked for a refund on the service call due to the incorrect diagnosis. The office manager refused to budge, despite the incompetence of their technician. I'm glad I listened to my intuition and found Integrity Appliance or I would be out hundreds of dollars, otherwise! more

UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. I had problem with one of the burners on my stove and called AZ Appliance Repair after I saw their sizable ad in the yellow pages and figured it was a reputable company. Although they were out to service my stove the next day, the pricing was outrageous ($142.00 labor for a repair lasting no more than 25 minutes). However, I was in need of the repair and didn't have time to search around, so accepting the pricing was largely my fault. The MAJOR issue with this business occurred when I checked my credit card statement and discovered I was CHARGED TWICE. I promptly called and was told that the customer service representative would look into it and call me back later that day or the next day. No call. When I called two days later I was quickly given a laundry list of excuses: ""the owner is in Russia and so my e-mail communications with him are delayed"" ""the woman in charge of credit card billing is out of the office"" ""we have to go in and check every single transaction not just yours."" Are you kidding me? You double charge my credit card and now I have to come after you to rectify the issue? What kind of business doesn't take a $400 dollar overcharge seriously and promptly assure and continue to reassure the client that it will be handled effectively and efficiently? Needless to say, it has been over 1 week and I have heard nothing from them regarding the issue. I ultimately had to contact my bank and contest the charge. Fortunately the bank credited my account and has initiated a dispute with the company. With so many other options available, why choose a company like this that, whether inadvertently or deliberately, double charged a customers credit card and then totally ignored the complaint thus forcing the customer to take the time to try and rectify the established business's error? Companies like this DON'T DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. more

We first used Arizona Appliance Repair in November 2011 when we had trouble with a dishwasher. The tech was friendly and efficient. A new dishwasher was in our immediate future. This past week our refrigerator wasn't cooling. Arizona Appliance Repair was here the day I called, and again, the tech, Alex was efficient, professional, and friendly. He instinctively pegged the problem, then confirmed it with a minor inconvenience. The part was replaced, I was told my fridge was a good one, and the cost was extremely reasonable. It was working and cooling when he left. I will definitely be calling Arizona Appliance Repair for future issues with kitchen appliances. They know what they are doing and do it well. more

On 09-23-2011, a tech determined that my refrigerator needed a new compressor. He advised me that his service does not do this work but that they make referrals. He phoned Dane, who indicated that he would do the job for $1400-$1500. The tech asked me if I wanted to have the work done. I told him that I would price around, because about five years prior I had a similar repair competed for $700. I did some research and found out I could get the new part delivered for $239 from Hayward, CA. I found a local repair service that did the job for $560 out the door including the new compressor that I priced on the phone. Since it appeared that there was an attempt to grossly overcharge me, I recontacted the first repair service and requested a refund of $49.95, since it was money that that I should not have had to spend. It was denied. I believe it was unprofessional for the first repair service to make a referral to an individual who attempted to grossly overcharge me. I will never use Arizona Appliance Repair again and not recommend them to anyone. more
