I scheduled an appointment for 7/24/12. During the phone call I asked how much it would be since he told me the parts were under warranty but the labor was not. He said "$35 to come out and fix the problem." After the technician temporarily fixed the problem they tried to charge me 72.50 more for labor. I had to call and get the manager involved who finally gave in and only charged me $35. The next day I checked the hot tub and the pump was not working again. I tried to get them to come back down and they tried to start collecting the $72.5 again and refused to send someone down. They guy on the phone had the nerve to say that it was working when the technician left so he had resolved the issue even though I had already told him that not 24 hours later the problem had returned. This is the second problem I have had with this horrible company. One of the headrests broke off within the 1 year parts/labor warranty that came with the hot tub.
