Marmoleum and Tile 6/28/2011

I've just completed my bathroom remodel and it all came together with great customer service from Kelsey Marsh at Area Floors. I got different tile colors and styles from various companies at better prices than quoted elsewhere. Kelsey even found my choice color of Marmoleum flooring which was virtually unavailable in the U.S.! They even shipped more than what I ordered and paid for. I really should have put my orders in earlier on this project, but with Kelsey's checking and communicaton, everything was received at the right time. I had gotten carpet there a while back, and I'm glad I used them again for my bathroom remodel. more

As a former employee to Area Floors I would recommend anyone and everyone building or remodeling to go to area floors. The employees they are very knowledgable, friendly, and design saavy. They want you to walk out of the store exicted, relieved, less stressed and with the best experience every. Customer Service to Area Floors and there employees are not just words to them they are customer service. You are treated like family and they listen to your needs and wants. Kelsey and Andrea will go above and Beyond the surface to help you accomplish you flooring dreams. Area is a pleasure to work with as both Kelsey and Andrea are both approachable in addition to having extensive knowledge in the flooring industry... Which is helpful to someone like me who easily overwhelmed when given several choices. Both Kelsey and Andrea have been very supportive and a joy to work with. Very helpful, great customer service 6/21/2011

I decided to get a new water efficient toilet and realized since it couldnt be matched it would entail a new sink and tub. This grew to countertop and flooring and tiles around tub, etc. Fortunately, my son, Gary Burgess of Hard Hat Repair and Remodel was called to assist in the remodel. The folks at Area Floors in Tigard were very helpful. Andrea helped in choosing my countertop, tile and tub surround, which I love! Beautiful showroom but something needs to be done with the displays blocking the windows. They always look like they are closed. Thanks, Marge Henry more

We worked on our first project with Area Floors in May and I was extremely impressed with how responsive their sales person, Kelsey Marsh, was for his contractor. He wanted to make sure that he had all the knowledge about the quartz option chosen, as well as ways to make the countertops fit his customers budget. From the beginning to the end, Kelsey was involved with making sure that the job followed along smoothly. more

Just a note to tell everyone how happy we are with Area Floors and Galaxy Granite & Stoneworks. We were in a ""pickle"" with our client in terms of time and budget because of special counter-tops and back-splashes for a new kitchen we built for them. After several unsatisfactory meetings with other vendors, we contacted Kelsey Marsh at Area Floors in Tigard about our special needs. Kelsey worked over our problems and realized we needed a counter-top company with the highest technology and quality to do our job. Kelsey chose Galaxy Granite & Stoneworks for our job because they have the most efficient, highest-technology equipment. This gave us the advantages of greatly reducing raw material waste and lowering our cost for our client. Area Floors and Galaxy Granite & Stoneworks met every schedule and their quality, workmanship, as well as their entire staff was superb. After a terrible debacle at a well-known local carpet supplier (rhymes with ""Carry-ons"" on SE Grand), I was referred to Area Floors by a very dear friend (THANK YOU!!). I'm so glad to have worked with Kelsey and Andrea, I got top quality products (carpet and bamboo flooring) at fantastic prices. With certainty, I will work with Area Floors for future projects. Coming from a different perspective than a consumer, I am a Territory Sales Manager for a high end carpet line here in the Portland Metro Area. I deal with quite a few retailers and showrooms and seldom run across a business that has the dedication and knowledge that Area Floors has. Good Service 3/28/2011

I was very pleased to find this store right by my house! The employees were great and got me just what I was looking for. I am remodeling my home on my own and they always seemed happy to work with me as I took my time through the whole process. When I went in to look at carpet I wanted a larger sample and Kelsey ordered them for me and they were delivered right to my door for free within 3 days. Customer service has been great and I will return for any other projects I might run in to. more

Excellent Prices 3/28/2011

Don't be fooled by the big box store prices!! If you dig deep enough you will notice that carpet pad is more than triple the cost at big box stores than it is at area floors. They hide their prices! Kelsey was up front with me and explained to me how install was cheaper with them because their packages require you to buy over priced pad to make up for installation prices. If you are looking for honest service and excellent prices, I would definitely recommend Area Floors! more
