My husband and I purchased a home recently that needs some attention. We needed new carpet and a friend gave us a good recommendation for Area Floors. We loved the selection but we needed help in narrowing down choices. Kelsey Marsh was very helpful in doing that for us. He took time with us, we didn't feel rushed and we finally came to a decision. Kelsey hooked us up with the installer that we really liked. Kelsey is very professional and friendly. We have been back twice to purchase carpet as we are doing one room at time. We will soon be going back a third time to pick out carpet for our bedrooms. We wouldn't go any place else. We bought granite tiles for our new outside BBQ kitchen from Andrea and Michele at Area floors. Both are very professional and brought out some great points in helping us decide what colors we should use. Can't thank them enough for all their help - we have a beautiful granite counter that we will enjoy for years to come. Besides the customer service the showroom was nice, clean and open. January 14, 2009 Dear Kelsey, Being in Real Estate I know how valuable personal referrals are to the success of my business. Recently I purchased carpet from Area Floors and I felt it was valuable to share with you my positive experience with you and your company. When looking for carpet I not only wanted a good quality carpet but a competitive price as well. After researching several places including three larger competitors I felt that Area Floors not only had some of the best quality carpets but the best prices. I liked the fact that their showroom was not over the top and very approachable. Area floors had a solid selection in various price ranges and kept me abreast of upcoming specials as I pondered my decision. I installed carpet throughout my upstairs and was very concerned about the durability as I have two animals and teenage boys. The sales representative (Kelsey Marsh) thoroughly investigated carpet pads as well as carpets that were stain resistant. He communicated throughout the process and I could not have been more satisfied. In addition, the carpet installer, Marty from D & M Floors estimated and installed my carpet in a timely manner with little waste. He showed up on time (even early) and his crew was very easy to work with. I work with several contractors in my profession and I would not hesitate to referral them personally to any of my clients.
