Review content:
I'm a geek (apparently n-e-r-d is profanity, according to customerlobby.com), and have always felt out of place at car repair shops where a greasy-fingered guy with a Brooklyn accent (even if the place is in Michigan) shows me a chicken scratch "estimate" of the services my car "needs" when I brought it in for a tire rotation.
This place is a shop for geeks, and I mean that in the best possible way. The service bays are tidy, the estimates are clearly explained in detail on computer printouts, and the staff are not the people who picked on you in high school.
I was lucky enough to purchase a used Volvo through Jason Gary after one of their regular customers no longer needed it, and now take both the Volvo and my wife's Toyota to ArborMotion for all our needs. Free shuttles/loaners, too; seriously, what more can you ask for in a shop?
