The Customer Service is great! Always friendly and very accommodating. I only go to Arapahoe Hyundai to service my car. They are always fair with pricing as well.

poor service 8/7/2015

I was extremely disappointed with our first service needed on our vehicle. We had the following problems. 1) Took four days to get a return phone call from the service department. 2) Service was scheduled a 1 1/2 weeks out. 3) Service department made my wife feel put out that they had to bring out a loaner. 4) When service was scheduled, they failed to show up and we had to call to reschedule. They said they forgot. 5) After service was performed vehicle was returned unclean and unwashed. First service was far less than I would have expected from a company that prides itself in it's service. Hoping future yields better results. Respectfully Glen A. Peters 303-618-5697 more

Loyal customer gets totally screwed 8/5/2015

Set and appointment weeks in advance and when I arrived, equipment not working to do services, Service writer told me that the detail department is "Terrible" and they did not figure out a game plan in advance. Put a new set of $ 1000.00 tires on my car with no alignment and not details was done. As well, the car was filthy when I picked it up. It was a total waste of time. I am a premium Hyundai customer and very disappointed customer. David did not take the time to call me back to discuss but pawned me off to Paul in service who I could NOT leave a message because they do NOT have voice mail in 2015. more

Pleasant! from the person who answers the phone, the sales rep (Tony), the repair/shop gentlemen (Paul, Craig, Jordon), all should be commended!! Great organization and we plan to stay with them ongoing as well as pull in our family and friends when we can. more

Work said completed honestly needs to be completed 7/29/2015

Work was checked off as completed, but after I picked up my car, trusting that the work was indeed completed, went ahead and double checked things over at home and in fact, the work was NOT completed. Integrity makes for good business. more

customer service & one-one-one relationships with their customers is unparalleled 7/28/2015

I take all my familys' Hyundais to Arapahoe... The entire team ( and I truly MEAN "TEAM" ) doesn't treat you like just another number, interruption of their day or another ho-hum person with a car. Friendly, enjoyable to talk with, VERY knowledgeable, competitive pricing, and most of all, you feel like a genuine individual. Their tech, Andrew, and his team are top-notch also... he KNOWS his Hyundais...inside and out! Another Good Experience! 7/9/2015
