The Customer Service is great! Always friendly and very accommodating. I only go to Arapahoe Hyundai to service my car. They are always fair with pricing as well.

Over an hour for an oil change is too long. I had an appointment. 4/8/2015

I like Hyundai Arapahoe, but when I schedule an oil change appointment, it should only take 20 minutes tops. Over 1 hour is way too long. If you are running late, have the courtesy to call me and I'll show up Later. You are wasting my time and causing mediocre reviews... more

Great place but no loyalty acknowledgement 4/7/2015

Although this is a great dealership, inventory, and staff. I bought my car here and have always had it serviced here for two years. Just surprises me sometimes that Hyundai does not offer any loyalty benefit or discount for service or parts. more
