Set and appointment weeks in advance and when I arrived, equipment not working to do services, Service writer told me that the detail department is "Terrible" and they did not figure out a game plan in advance. Put a new set of $ 1000.00 tires on my car with no alignment and not details was done. As well, the car was filthy when I picked it up.
It was a total waste of time. I am a premium Hyundai customer and very disappointed customer. David did not take the time to call me back to discuss but pawned me off to Paul in service who I could NOT leave a message because they do NOT have voice mail in 2015.
