Aqua Salon & Spa

I would strongly recommend AVOIDING this salon. I received the worst color job I have ever gotten. The stylist did not listen to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I told her I did NOT want. When I went back to have the color fixed, once again the stylist did not listen to my concerns and actually made the color worse. Avoid this salon! more

BEST massages! I have been going to Vici for massages for a while, and while their amenities are great, their massages were never spectacular, and that's what you're paying for right?! After I went to Aqua and met Jill, I will never go anywhere else! Jill is a massage goddess. She seriously works wonders and I always leave very satisfied with her massage work! Also, I have never had a hard time scheduling an appointment and when I get there I never have to wait. more

I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I have had at Aqua. I have nothing but high regards for the work that Katie does. I have had my hair done by her for the past year and do not have a single complaint. She listens, offers suggestions and has applied exactly what we have discussed each and every time. I have never walked out disappointed. Everyone from the receptionist, to the owner, to the stylists have been very welcoming. Oak Creek is lucky to have such a high end salon! Great work! more

If you like to spend two hours trying to relax while having your hair done this is NOT the salon to go too!! I felt like the area where the stylist work is TOOO close together-I could hear everyone's conversations around me. The music that played was NOT relaxing at ALL! I felt like I was in my 20's again at a night club listening to Flo Rider and Eminem. The atmosphere of the whole salon is very COLD/STERIAL (too much white for me) I came to find out that the owner was working the reception desk and had checked me in/out. I was NOT impressed by how unfriendly she was. Needless to say I will NOT return back to Aqua Salon. more

I've been getting massages for years, and I must say that Jill at aqua salon and spa is amazing!!! I've gotten a number of deep tissue massages, and each time with Jill, I left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. I also get my hair cut and highlighted at aqua salon, and Katie does a fantastic job. The salon is really modern and very clean. more

I have been to Aqua several times since it opened and have had good experiences each time (mostly hair-cuts). My only complaint is that it can be difficult to schedule a massage - there doesn't seem to be much availability. more

Do not waste your time here. All show, nothing for your money. I thought Oak Creek might be lucky to have the addition of a nice spa type salon. How wrong. Wait time, terrible. Hairdresser seemed to not listen to a word I said and what little she did to my hair was what she wanted. Very obnoxious and grating personality. She left another salon in Franklin, obviously didn't make it very good there either. I immediately went the same day to another salon to fix the mess that I got at Aqua. Would not do business again. more

I usually dont spend a lot of money on my hair but wanted to get it done right and I thought the salon looked nice and used Aveda products. I went in for a hair color consultation and was very impressed and could not wait to get my hair done here. I made an appointment (the first appt. was for 2 weeks later) but wanted to wait and make sure hair was done right ..two long weeks later I went in 10 minutes early for my appt. excited to finally be getting my hair done after the long wait when the receptionist informed me I did not have any appointment. I thought maybe I got the date wrong?? she checked in computer and informed me i had NO appt. at all! she asked me if i wanted to make another appt. i was like no thank you went home to double check my appt. card i was given that had the time date and name of the stylist on it..that confirmed my appt was actually for that time..etc..so I called back and was very courteous and gave the name of stylist etc on my card she again informed me I did not have an appt. and I could make one...well I did not make an appt . do not want to wait another 2 weeks when i have been waiting...I WILL NEVER go to this salon..i was not offered anything for their mistake..this is unprofessional and unacceptable business practices more

I think it would be the best if you stayed away from the salon Aqua in Oak Creek. A few days ago I went there to get my hair done, and got charged for lightening my hair three times but it looked the same. It didn't look different at all so I went to another salon to get it re-done. I later called Aqua and spoke to the manager and asked for some sort of a refund or anything that I could use again since I wasted my money on nothing. They didn't give me anything except for an apology. The manager of the salon was polite, but didn't help with what I wanted. I believe that costumers there should have better service and get what they deserve. I would like to let everyone know that if they want their hair done right, or a good refund if not done well, to go somewhere else. more
