I think it would be the best if you stayed away from the salon Aqua in Oak Creek. A few days ago I went there to get my hair done, and got charged for lightening my hair three times but it looked the same. It didn't look different at all so I went to another salon to get it re-done. I later called Aqua and spoke to the manager and asked for some sort of a refund or anything that I could use again since I wasted my money on nothing. They didn't give me anything except for an apology. The manager of the salon was polite, but didn't help with what I wanted. I believe that costumers there should have better service and get what they deserve. I would like to let everyone know that if they want their hair done right, or a good refund if not done well, to go somewhere else.
