Our house is always adequately cleaned for a fair price, but what I find most impressive about the service is the management team's attention to complaints. We've had a few problems with the rare substitute cleaner (although the service always warns us of substitutes in advance), and the managers gave promptly and politely responded to our concerns. I have April Lane's Home Cleaning come to my townhouse once a week and they do a fabulous job. I am a stickler about other people cleaning my home, but since I work so much I barely have time to tend to it myself and hate doing it on my weekends.. There are a bunch of cleaning services but after talking to a few April Lane's as the friendliest and most straight forward about pricing. Laura did the cleaning and she was nice and worked fast. Our family was going through a tough time and we needed our place cleaned so we could move. April Lane's really came through for us! more

I can't rave enough about April Lane's home cleaning. They provide excellent customer service. The person I first dealt with on the phone was gracious and professional. They provided me with a comprehensive list on which to prioritize each cleaning task. Elizabeth, who performed the services, didn't miss a thing. My condo has never been cleaner. I have a tiny studio apartment. As with most cleaning services, April Lane's wanted to do an initial cleaning with a 2 1/2 hour minimum, which costs more than my regular cleaning would. They are very specific about what gets done in that time, and also -- this is the good part -- you could list one or two tasks the cleaner could do if she finished all that was involved in the basic. I really appreciated that someone didn't come and dawdle, but actually got to one of my supplemental tasks. Katy was very professional. She arrived on time and left on time. more

April Lane came on board to do my move-out cleaning with less than a week's notice and were available day one to get my priorities straightened out and offer supplemental services like carpet and blinds cleaning. Everything went smoothly and my move-out ended up being far less stressful than I expected. Walking the landlady through our final meet-up was a pleasure, given how great the tiles and fixtures looked and April Lane was wonderful about staying within the times and rates quoted. Would happily recommend them to anyone else. more

We've now been using April Lane's for at least 5 years and we're thrilled with the team's professionalism, kindness, and thoroughness. They do a great job, communicate changes to us in a timely way, and are never grumpy when we're late answering the door at 8:00 AM on cleaning day! I don't know about the last review, but my experience was great. If you ask me, April Lane's Cleaning in Seattle is the best thing since couples massages! Always professional, timely, and trustworthy. Let the numerous terrific reviews speak for themselves. I have used them more than once and have never had any problems. It is hard to find time to get a deep clean, I usually only have time to pick up my place, do a little dusting and vacuum once in a while. So I have a deep cleaning once every few months. If I wanted to be picky, I am sure I could find a couple things to complain about but who couldn't? All in all this is a very good service. more

I hired April Lane's based on the reviews they have on Yelp and other review sites. Great reviews much equal a great company, right? Not in this case. The appt was easy to schedule online and the staff was quick to respond, but the actual service was poor and the cleaners they sent over were very shady. Two guys both in torn jeans and t-shirts, one with a nose ring, arrived at my home about 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. They both smelled of smoke and honestly looked like they came straight from a bar. Only one of them even had cleaning supplies, which were disorganized. I hesitated to even let them inside, but I did. My home was quoted for a deep clean - it's maintained but I just wanted something a little extra, some extra detailing and attention to the areas that I don't always have time to make perfect. My home is small, just under 1500sqft and is 2 bathrooms. I was quoted by April Lane's that the service would take between 3-4.5hrs total. After the ""cleaners"" arrived, I went upstairs to my office to work and get out of their way. About 30 minutes later, I came back down to get a drink of water and to just check in on what was going on down there. They were gone. As far as I could tell, some dishes in my sink were cleaned the bathtowels in my downstairs bathroom were folded up BUT NOTHING WAS CLEANED AND THE CHECK I LEFT WAS TAKEN with no sign of the cleaners. I called the office as you would expect! But there was no answer. I left a message. I waited and called again. I was somewhat in shock about what just happened and I literally felt robbed! The next day around 11am an April Lane employee called and explained that their cleaners were there for 2hrs each! This just wasn't true! After all was said and done, and after I wasted as much time as it would have taken me to clean my own house, they issued me a 50% refund! I was $100 broker and my house still needed cleaned. Honestly, I have never experienced worse service in my entire life! AVOID!!!!! more

I used April Lane's for a move out cleaning last week. I have to say I was quite impressed. Especially considering that parts of my old apartment were, let me be honest, a little gross. But they took care of it. Even tried to get the mildew off the bathroom ceiling, which had proceeded me. And all the nooks and crannies of the kitchen, which are hard to get to the way the room is shaped. more
