People are crazy there only two people at Walle's him and his son no Bob or Steve. make sure u know the company your writing things about best deals in town call Sears or GE these companies charge 2 to 3 times as much as walle's and they make u wait two weeks walle came same day and repairs my appliances more

Responsive, came on Sunday! 1/12/2010

Our refrigerator started making a ""buzzing noise"" on New Years Day. I thought the compressor had failed. I started making calls the next day, Saturday, for a service call to make the repair. What a joke!! Messages unreturned, appointments for an estimate a week out, no answering service/machines at more than one shop. I left Walle a message late in the day Saturday which was returned that evening. Bob came to our house on Sunday morning. With more than 40-years of experience, he knew exactly what the problem was (relay switch, not the compressor), made the repair and 30 minutes later I had a working 'frige again. Highly recommend! Pros: Professional, knowledgeable, responsive Cons: Might have been a bit pricey more

Horrible service.. 10/7/2008

they came to fix my icemaker-replaced the emitter board and charge us $125 for service (ridiculous amt)and another $125 for the parts..and of course, our icemaker still doesn't work. They came out again and tinkered with the icemaker and wanted to charge another $40 for service..but my husband said no way..and guess what...the icemaker still doesn't work. Do not call these guys...they will rip you off!!! more
