Our refrigerator started making a ""buzzing noise"" on New Years Day. I thought the compressor had failed. I started making calls the next day, Saturday, for a service call to make the repair. What a joke!! Messages unreturned, appointments for an estimate a week out, no answering service/machines at more than one shop.
I left Walle a message late in the day Saturday which was returned that evening. Bob came to our house on Sunday morning. With more than 40-years of experience, he knew exactly what the problem was (relay switch, not the compressor), made the repair and 30 minutes later I had a working 'frige again.
Highly recommend!
