Don?t hire this company for appliance repairs. I found the company online and called them to see about fixing my refrigerator that wasn?t cooling. I was told the company is licensed, bonded and fully insured (they are not) and their company motto is ?Done Right the First Time? (not true). I spoke with a man named Robert who said his brother Alfonso would be my repair technician. Upon arriving at my home and inspecting my appliance, Alfonso told me that the relay overload capacitor and timer control needed to be replaced. He quoted me $269 and assured me that he?d have the refrigerator up and running quickly. He also told me that the company guaranteed their work. I agreed and had the repair done. Afterwards, I felt the refrigerator and complained that it didn?t seem to be getting colder. Alfonso assured that the unit would cool down after running for a few hours and not to worry. By evening, the fridge was still warm and my frozen foods were thawing out. I called the company several times that night and left messages, but nobody called back. I also tried calling in the morning many times, but always just got their recorder. Hours later, Alfonso showed up unannounced to re-check the refrigerator. Upon inspection, he concluded that he had misdiagnosed the problem the day before and that I needed a new compressor. He said he would give me the new part at his cost to make up for his error, but couldn?t do the repair until the following day because he didn?t have the part. So, I packed up all my food in bags of ice and waited. The next day Alfonso never showed up or called. I called the company and left numerous voice mail messages and even emailed them, but nobody returned my calls. My food ended up spoiling, had to be thrown away and I had to buy a new refrigerator. I could not find this business registered or licensed with the state of CA - Consumer Affairs division or with the Secretary of State, or with the County of Orange itself. I don?t believe this company is operating legally. Don't use:
