Review content:
I called this company to have my dishwasher repaired. I received a callback in just a few minutes and scheduled an appointment for the next day, between 8 and 11am. The next day, after waiting more than the allotted time, I called and got a call from Mike, who said he was finishing up and would be there shortly. He finally showed up an hour later. He could not find any leak so we paid the $45 fee and said we'd call back if the leak reappeared.
A few days later the leak was back so I called, and called, and called. After the third day and the third call Mike called and said that they were swamped and he said he could schedule us for 10am the next day. Well, the next day at 10am came and went so I called at 12 noon and left another message, asking for an ETA. At 1pm I called again. Still, nobody called back. At 1:45pm there still was no callback so my wife canceled the appointment and we found another repair company.
I would never call these people for anything. They are totally unreliable and don?t have the common courtesy to return customers phone calls.
