These guys are great. I got them to come out to my house for a washer and it was fixed in half an hour, right there on the spot. Top Notch Professionals! Quick low cost service! I have a Bosch dishwasher that was not draining. I called Appliance Master and spoke with some one very nice who was clear about service and cost. They were able to schedule that afternoon. The repair man Mike was beyond professional. Had the dishwasher fixed in about 5 minutes, saving us the cost of a new motor. He also cleared the cold water valve on our Maytag washing machine which was not filling and now it works like new! We will never use anyone else. \r more

However, it's all the same place. I was attracted to the $7.95 service call charge. They are Russian. I am first generation Russian and I loved their accents. The guy that showed up reminded me of my father. It was all good -- or so I hoped. Despite my soft spot for the Russian people, my feelings towards incompetence are quite contrary. The guy IMMEDIATELY dragged the washer across my nice shiny wood floors, putting huge gouges in them. Then I watched him use the wrong tool (WAY oversized pliers instead of the wrench he should have used) to gnaw away at my *new* connector nuts until they finally gave in. OK he replaced the motor coupler, which is the only thing I wanted him to do, for $123. A part that costs less than $19, but at least I didn't have to do it myself and it was done the same day. HOWEVER, the water valves of course wouldn't turn back on because the connectors were now damaged and mis-shapen so they wouldn't turn! He claimed there was no water in our house! Ridiculous. I finally walked away and he worked on it some more. Made a huge mess. Somehow he got the valves moving again and the water turned back on -- of course hot was now cold; cold was now hot. So back to the project; more mess. So now, my washer spins but my hardwood floors are gouged, my washer connectors are damaged, and I paid $123 for a $19 part. DO NOT GET DUPED. You will end of paying more in the end. STAY AWAY!!! more

Great Company! They came out and fixed my Fridge 11/8/10. I was very happy they showed up on time. That was very important for a busy mom like me. The Tech (Emik) was friendly and knowledgeable. He had the part with him and replaced it right away. I appreciate the honest and affordable price and the best thing is my fridge is working great. I recommend them to everybody I know!
