Should have believed the most recent review! What a bad experience. We have worked with another appliance repair company but thought we had to use the Appliance Doctor for a warranty item. Big mistake. They weren't able to get out for four days. Then they had the wrong parts. Then we had to wait 10+ days for the parts (that is understandable). Then another 4-5 days to fit their schedule. Then a now show. I expressed my frustration waiting at home for 4 hours and instead of making my repair a priority... failed to show again! Plus you can't talk to anyone in charge! more

Do not use 1/24/2011

Nice first impression but that's about all. The technician is owner operated but you wouldn't know it. He damaged my unit while fixing it and blamed it on the design of the unit itself. He refused to take money off of the final bill because of his negligence. He finally offered to put a credit on the account, but he never made good on it when I asked him to buy me another part. Complete lack of customer service. Will never use again. more

Appliance Doctor is a good resource 6/16/2009

I was very happy that we were able to have our appliance repaired because it was so expensive to purchase. The repair was not that high of a price that I would have rather purchased another new one, but this worked out for us. First time I have used an appliance repair place and I was happy. more
