Review content:
Nice first impression but that's about all. The technician is owner operated but you wouldn't know it. He damaged my unit while fixing it and blamed it on the design of the unit itself. He refused to take money off of the final bill because of his negligence. He finally offered to put a credit on the account, but he never made good on it when I asked him to buy me another part. Complete lack of customer service. Will never use again.
