I was very pleased with the service and results and I obtained from Appelwood Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electric. I had been referred to them by a friend and scheduled them for a minor plumbing repair for our master bathroom shower, and they communicated with me quite well from the get-go. I had scheduled an appointment and got a window of time that they would show up to take a look at my issue, and was called the night before to confirm the appointment time window. On the day of the appointment, I was called again and notified when within the window of time the technician would arrive at my house, and he arrived atthat time promptly. The technician diagnosed my issue, clealy communicated the various options for addressing the issue, as well as the different prices for each, quickly fixed the problem, and then did a great job cleaning up after himself. The technician showed me the worn parts that he had then replaced, explaining why I had the issue that I did. Througout the experience the technician communicated facts clearly so that I could make an unpressured decision. The technician was very courteous as well. I was impressed with the communication and service that I received from Applewood and I would refer friends and family to them in a heartbeat.
