Quick response given to our urgent Heating/Cooling need 6/22/2014

Bill and Mike W. explained the different type and model units available to meet our heating and cooling needs. We selected the dual fuel Heatpump AC system. We appreciated the loan of a window air conditioner installed in our bedroom at 9:00 PM to get us through a very warm night. Mike W. and Dylan N. worked on Saturday to complete the installation. We were very pleased with the work Mike and Dylan performed, Then worked well together and were polite and very professional while in our home. more

Outstanding Plumbing Service! 6/20/2014

Once again, Appleton-Campbell has come through with outstanding service! My kitchen faucet sprung a major leak. I called the company immediately and "voila," because I was an HSA member, I was put on the fast-track for a call back. I received a phone call within fifteen minutes and was told that "Levi" was on his way to remedy the situation. Levi arrived in the pouring rain and diagnosed the problem immediately. Unfortunately, the old unit could not be saved BUT he had several units on board his truck that would fit. He carefully explained my options, the cost involved, and how long it would take to install the new unit. The installation was quick and done in a very professional manner. Levi was outstanding in all respects: his professional appearance, his friendliness, and, of course, his thorough knowledge of his craft. My wife and I are very happy with our new kitchen faucet. Way to go Appleton-Campbell! more

My air conditioning stopped working yesterday afternoon at about 3 p.m. The outside temperature was over 90 degrees. I immediately called Appleton Campbell because their service sticker was on my unit. I had no expectations of actually having someone service it the same day. By 5 p.m. a very professional young man arrived, explained my options for repair or replacement. He actually had the part on his truck, which was amazing in itself. My air conditioning was up and running by 6 p.m. I have never had such a quick resolution in the 32 years I have been a homeowner. more

I have used Appleton-Campbell as my HVAC and plumbing company for several years. The service has always been outstanding and, at a reasonable cost, especially if a customer is an HSA participant. Along with regularly scheduled HVAC service, Appleton-Campbell has installed two new HVAC systems in my home and a new water heater. For all installations, the work performed was outstanding, very professional, and completed in a very timely manner. The technicians were always very friendly, very accommodating, and, of course, highly skilled. I have been very pleased with the service provided by Appleton-Campbell and plan to be a life-long customer! Forget the rest and go with the best....call Appleton-Campbell today! You won't be sorry!
