I had a decent experience buying a car from Apple Tree, but their service department is just terrible. I took my car in for a routine tire rotation/oil change. They didn't even rotate the tires, but they sure charged me for it. They insisted that they did until I pointed out that I had a flat tire earlier and the one with the plug in it was still in the same location! I have no way of knowing if they really changed the oil or not. I also went in for a problem with my AC 3 times within a year! The first two times they just kept refilling it when the problem was something else that finally got fixed the third time. Needless to say these repeat visits were very expensive. Good service after a sale should be more of a priority with them. I have found a great local shop that services only Hondas & Acuras & now I won't take my car anywhere else. I just bought another new Accord (love Hondas), but I drove to another city to buy it rather than give my business to Apple Tree again.
