Apple Hill Apartments

In response to LivingLifeeee you must not know the manager well at all. I know her well and she has never had roaches or water bugs in her whole life. And you must not be able to count either. She does not have five cars and the one car she drives belongs to the company if it is any of your business. And again how do you know how apartments are cleaned and painted since you don't go in them and clean or paint or anything. Inspections, why worry about inspections if you are not guilty of something!!!! I have been at other apartments complexes and there all about the same and tenants like this is tenants that has nothing else to do but say things that you know nothing about and what people do in their homes is none of your business. Find you a hobby and don't worry about other peoples lives. Just maybe you could volunteer some of your time and do painting or something since you must have plenty of spare time in your life. more

I am a lawman from another state, but I visit Apple Hill Apartments pretty often. I have been in apartment complexes in FL., GA., TN., Northern OH., and Southern OH. and too many to mention in Ky. Apple Hill Apartments are one of the cleanest, and well maintained complexes I have ever been in. The management is top notch in my book. I have been in her apartment and it is as clean as a hospital lunch room. She is a very nice lady and does her job the way it should be done. But I guess that's where the problem is with Livinglifeeee. When you do job properly, it doesn't matter what your job is, you're going to make someone mad, that just shows you're doing your job right. If Livinglifeeee is that disappointed living at Apple Hill Apartments, there are a number of other complexes around the area, you could always move. But you've been there 16 years so something must be giving you enough pleasure to stay. I would be happy to live at Apple Hill Apartments. The person I visit has no problem using the laundry mat. There are more people than you here so you have to take your turn, but maybe you weren't taught manners. I have seen apartments full of drug dealers, gang members, etc. You don't see that at Apple Hill Apartments, thats because the management want put up with it. I think this apartment complex is one of the cleanest, safest, and best managed I have ever been to. more

Something about that first review screams ""I AM UNHAPPY AND WISH TO MAKE OTHERS FEEL THE SAME WAY"" because i have lived at Apple Hill for about 2 years, and though that may not be 16, I know that most of this story is fictional. The manager, She is a nice woman, she works with her tenants in ways others wouldn't take the time to care for. Maybe you have a problem with the way she runs her apts, Do you think you could do a better job, Doubt it. Everything she does, she does because she is told to by her own boss. Apparently you don't work, if you did you would know that in order to keep a job you do what your boss/supervisor tells you to do whether you agree or not. Hints: Inspections, writing people up (for things they know are against the lease). Have I struck a Nerve yet. Also as a tenant in this so called horrible neighborhood.. I can assure you i am not a dirty person who drinks and smokes in my home, I do not blare my music or drive fast through the parking lot. You cant blame everyone for the mistakes of one or two people who by the way are told about their actions. I am certain you are not the perfect tenant yourself, lets not be a hypocritical person. My house is not always spotless, but I have more responsibility than parties to blame. Also, Our management is very clean, I have been inside her apartment, Its spotless. Also smells very nice. This does not sound like a great place for cock roaches to hang. Ps. what kind of person posts something like that on a review site. Personal vendetta maybe? In conclusion, people who are actually wondering about the apartments, disregard the first review, its a lie from someone who is angry because their life is unhappy. Apple Hill Apartments is not a horrible place to live, it is better than most, and our manager does her job, which is what she is suppose to do. She is nice and clean, and people who spread rumors on a review site do not have the brains to realize they are only making themselves look bitter. If you don't like the place, say so, but don't talk like you are gossiping in high school! more
