I had the same experience as Traveler212 (seems to be ok until a refund is involved). The flight I was supposed to travel was canceled by the airlines (British Airways) due to volcano. Since I couldn't postpone the travel, I wanted to cancel the reservation and use Emirates that wasn't impacted by the volcano. I contacted BA, and they said travel agencies must refund the entire amount if flight cancellation was caused by nature. But, Mr. Sood wouldn't budge and deducted $125 for each ticket. Not only that, he was very rude (this in spite I having had business with him for over 10 yrs). more

miserable service trevell agency 5/5/2009

I use to come 4 times in person to that agency, every time I had to waite for 20-30 minutes before they say Hi, What are you loooking for? They keep on talking over the phone and answering non stop coming calls, so the calling people are their first preference. They appear very unfriendly, non polite, and you feel disrespected and illtreated everytime you leave their office. I would not recommend to visit them personally ever, unless you don't really care about your time. Pros: Worst trevell agency ever more

Thugs....never use them 9/19/2008

Sold ticket at higher price, but they never booked with airliner....be carefull with these thugs....they will sell u FAKE ticket which never existed......liars....I have to take them to court to get money back.......People never use them.. Pros: Sweat talkers until they get your money Cons: Thugs...liars.. more

Do not go to this travel agent at all... They know how to cheat you even for confirming the travel dates... Very bad experience booking tickets with them.. more

If your flight is canceled, forget about getting your money back. They're not worth the trouble; just use another agent. more
