I use to come 4 times in person to that agency, every time I had to waite for 20-30 minutes before they say Hi, What are you loooking for? They keep on talking over the phone and answering non stop coming calls, so the calling people are their first preference. They appear very unfriendly, non polite, and you feel disrespected and illtreated everytime you leave their office. I would not recommend to visit them personally ever, unless you don't really care about your time.
