I recently moved to San Antonio from the UK to start a new job. Starting to look for apartments was a real challenge, never lived in the US before! Found Apartments Now on a Google search and I couldn't believe the service they provided were actually for free! Indeed, I am more than pleased with the help Lorenzo Gonzalez from Apartments Now gave me. Without waiting a second he contacted me and I booked an appointment on that same day, he helped me by doing an exhaustive property search, advising me about what I should expect, the different areas to live in San Antonio and showing me all the available properties; he then contacted every apartment complex in the area I was looking. Afterwards he took me to the places we selected and on the same day I found the perfect place to live! Amazing! I was in need to find a place to live in San Antonio, Tx due to accepting a job offer in San Antonio. I currently reside in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I was in a bit of a time crunch to say the least when I was referred to Apartments Now by one of the many apartment communities I had called on my own. Apparently, San Antonio is a much larger city than I realize. I was referred to agent Brad M, who was a tremendous help. Once I started the apartment search with Brad, he was very professional and quick to respond to my inquiries, questions, and concerns. He also kept my safety concerns an utmost priority, which speaks volumes of the caliber of not only himself, but also Apartments Now as a business! With me not being able to physically be in San Antonio, I had to really utilize the internet for pictures, and reviews, and etc. Brad was able to send me additional pictures of the property and basically be the liaison between the apartment community and myself. About 1 hour ago today, I sent a message to Brad stating that I was freaking out because I hadn't heard from the apartment agent yet to find out if I actually got the apartment or not, Brad made a phone call for me, and said they'd be calling me shortly, and everything looked good. Within minutes, I received a phone call from the leasing agent, and guess what?!?!?! I have my new home in San Antonio, Tx. There is no way I could've done this search without the help of a trained professional. Not only is Apartments Now/Their Agents/Brad M professional, but they take your concerns, wants, needs, and etc into consideration. They don't just place you somewhere to fulfill their own hidden agendas. I started the process with Brad on the 10th of April, and 9 days later I have a new place to live! What more can I say??!? I contacted Apartments Now via online and within 5 minutes Clay Schumacher called me back to schedule an appointment with me. I met with him the next day and from the moment I walked in the doors, he took care of me. I told him my situation with my credit and other problems I was having while trying to find an apartment and he reassured me that he could help me. He immedatiely was on the phone calling apartments to tell them my situation and about 10 min later we were off to go see the apartment complex that was willing to work with me. Needless to say, I ended up signing a 14 month lease with a great remolded apartment complex that is under new management. It is great location to my job and just the right price. If it wasnt for Clay and his ability to take control of the situation and help me find this place, I would still be looking for a place to live. Apartments Now should be thankful they have a great employee like Clay who promises to take care of his clients and go about and beyond the call of duty to make sure they are satisifed. I tried another apartment finding service and all they did was send me a couple of names of complexes with no followup call, etc. Then a co-worker recommended Apartments Now and I was VERY pleased with their service! Apartments Now is the BEST apartment locator in San Antonio. My agent was Audra and she was better than amazing. Responded quickly, listened to all my needs and took everything I needed/wanted and made it happen. Despite my twenty questions I asked daily she never acted like I was wasting her time or was a problem to her. Within two days of contacting her, I signed my lease and the stress was gone. A chronic procrastinator, I found myself desperate to find a place to live with only 2 weeks left on my current lease. After looking around online and making a few phone calls, I finally ended up on the phone with Brad Mayers at Apartments Now. He was kind and knowledgeable from the start, driving me all over North San Antonio looking for the perfect apartment for my 2 cats and I. We thought we had found a good place for me, then the troubles started. Eight years ago I got in some trouble and now I have 2 misdemeanors on my record. I also don't work, receiving living expenses from my parents. The apt. complex that had been so welcoming was now being judgmental and difficult. I'm moving to San Antonio from out of state and had very little time in my schedule to look for places to live. I got in touch with Audra who made this experience so much easier. I had a pretty tough order to fill (multiple large pets and a limited budget) and she was able to find a number of places that would have been great fits for us! In the end, she helped me find an apartment that fit all of my needs (and then some) right within my budget. I highly recommend Audra; she was so friendly and hard working and went well out of her way to make this as easy as possible for me. Well i moved from out of town and had no idea on where to begin to look for an apartment. I was going to attend the Art Institute of San Antonio and they gave me Nicole Bonicamp's business card. So i gave her a call and man does that lady know her stuff. When it came to look she knew all of the properties that could accomidate me and my three other roommates, she answered every question we had and arranged that day to view the properties that we were very interested in. We finally chose The Vistas at Vance Jackson, the management staff has been amazing and so far me and all of my roommates love our apartment very much and i will definetly be referring Miss Bonicamp to all of my friends.
