Any Time Limo

Booked party bus for bachelorette party through Anytime and was extremely happy with the service. Coolers were full of drinks on ice and actually we had some left over at the end of the night. Keep in mind, we never left the bus and were driving around Chicago the whole time. This was an amazing experience being inside of that bus! more

AIRPORT ONLY Don't use for Prom or wedding this Anytime Limo is just terrible, I used service for my daughters prom last year and it became a joke when one of the girls sat on some bag of hot food and ruined her dress, driver said sorry he was bringing it to owners wife after the stop..the vehicle smelled horrible i think that same bag of food is under the seats and it also looked like an airport rat ! No excuse talked to the wife and the husband the owners.. I placed this today because a friend unknowingly to me called Anytime limo to pick us up downtown. All 5 star reviews are fake. Please check there rating with BBB. No BS!!!!! more

I really wanted to get a hummer for my birthday, but my best friend used party bus in the past and recommended Any Time Limo, It was amazing, and it's not even a bus, it's just like limousine inside, only more space and head room. It has huge TVs, stereo system and stocked bar. We had great time! more

Fabulous Time Tail Gating at Soldiers Field , the Party Bus was as expected and the service was 5 star ! Limo picked our group up at the Peninsula Hotel as scheduled and complimentary beverages were as mentioned. The overall experience was great and the Bears Won as they on to beat the Atlanta Falcons who are favored to go to the Super Bowl Chicago Bears won 30 - 12 return trip was just as pleasurable as we made a stop for dinner at Tufano's Vernon Park Tap off Taylor street by the UIC Pavilion. All went great with this Limousine service and we will use again and strongly recommend the Any Time Limo Company, Cant wait to do a trip to Notre Dame with this Party Bus. Go Bears Go Irish more

The Black Hummer Limousine was eye catching, we received the extra attention we were hoping for, all the people at the anytime limo company were really great to us, the price was pretty cheap when divided by 18 passengers.. The beer was Budweiser Bud Light so that was perfect.... Next time we will take a white one thanks all great and would recommend to anybody with a little class... more

I'm born in Oak brook but and my new bride is from New York City, we both work on East Coast so it is difficult to find just the right companies for the Big Day wedding event and feel confident all will go well, I will tell you if your from out of town your worries are over if you take Limousines from Any time limo, service was perfect the communication was paramount and went as desired, the Limousines were gorgeous , we had two long white stretch Continental Limousines for the bridal parties, This seemed cooler for us than taking just one of their big Hummer limo s . Drivers were equally courteous . Cost was fair and included tips, we are happy and when we get back to the City we will be using anytime limo again.. more

This past weekend I had 22 people and a party bus from any time limo and it was fabulous, driver clean courteous well spoken, Vehicle party bus Clean Smelled fresh inside, timing perfect each way, actually we extended for an additional hour with one simple phone call . nice and ez just like we like it, Thanks and I would use them again for sure as all my friends have continue to use any time limo for their family weddings and bachlorette partys etc more

I am a clean freak and I hate smoke and I ask a thousand questions when I book a service, I have had many other limo's from other companies in Chicago area and out of State and this one is by far the ultimate, My mom's workplace a company in Oakbrook their VIP's only use any time limo.. little confusing as they are in Addison too but now I know why these big shots use them,, this Service is unparalleled fast courteous and they answered all my questions very patient and professional. more

This anytimelimo came highly recommended by a good friend and they were right. The experience was terrific for my daughters wedding as she had many guests from out of town arriving, we used the service to pick up are friends at Ohare and we also used their limo bus services to shuttle guests to and from hotels and the congress ball room wedding reception, of course we utlized the large limousines for the bridal party for the wedding, after many hours of utilizing the service the drivers were even more accomodating, great experience money very well spent I am so pleased that I listened to a friend . more

WORST SERVICE EVER. I wanted to change a reservation and was called degrading names and got screamed at. I was told I had to pay cash, I did. Then my credit card was charged. The driver was ""too busy"" to bring us from restaurant to bar, which we paid for! This place is a joke, they need to be put out of business, they are theives and the rudest people on earth. more

After being overcharged for a trip to and from the airport, one of the owners though he could bully me out of complaining - yelled at me on the telephone and any time I tried to speak he told me to stop interrupting him! Finally got Alex (co-owner) to agree there was an overcharge and received a receipt saying they would refund $99. When I got my credit card statement, they only refunded $71. When I asked for the complete refund, Alex changed his story and charged more than what he quoted me before and after the overcharge! Now they want to keep 20% for driver gratituty - why would I tip them now!!!!!!! Cons: They are rude and keep your $$ more

We hired Any Time Limo to drive our daughter and her friends to their Senior Prom. We paid $490 for a 4 hour packeage. We were told that we had the use of the limo for 4 hours to be split up anyway we wanted. We agreed to 2 hours before and 2 hours after. The Prom was to begin at 7:00, so the limo was picking up the kids at 5:00. The day before the prom, I contacted the owner, Alex, to say that we really didn't need the limo to arrive until 6:15, because the kids had no use for it that early (I thought I was saving the driver some time). I fully understood that I was paying for 4 hours but not using the limo for the full 4 hours! He told me that we had agreed to 1 hour before the prom and 3 hours after, and that the limo would be picking up at 5:00 and delivering the kids to the dance at 6:00. I never would have agreed to this because the doors didn't even open until 6:45. I spent 3 hours trying to have a conversation with Alex. Everytime I was speaking with him, he would say, ""I have another call."" and hang up on me. I finally demanded that he finish a conversation with me, at which time he tells me that I never signed a contract, and that the limo wasn't mine until I signed. This was the first time he had mentioned a contract. Obviously, he had forgotten to, so this will work in our favor!!! I refused to sign anything until we had the time worked out. He wouldn't discuss the time with me, so I cancelled the service. He obviously wanted me to sign the contract so that he could keep my $490. My husband tried to work things out and was yelled at, and called numerous names. Alex is a very classy guy! We later found out that he had ""double booked"" for the night. Needless to say, we were unable to book another limo at the last minute. Although the kids still had a wonderful night, we feel we let our daughter down. Pleas avoid Any Time Limo, Inc. and spread the word! Cons: Awful customer service more

The first time I called this limo service I got a good rate for a ten passenger limousine. I promised the guy I would call back the next day to book it. When I called back I got on the phone with someone else who doubled the price then magically took it down some but did not honor the price that was given to me, he just gave me excuses on hidden charges never given to me. When I asked to speak with the the orignal person I spoke to he told me to not call again then hung up on me.... If this place treats potential customers like this how do you think they treat customers that they are allready serving?? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/WORST BUSINESS PERIOD!! We got two limos from these guys for a wedding. The first was a standard 12 person stretched limo and the second was a Hummerzine (Hummer Limo). The standard limo showed up saturday morning at the grooms house and the driver started cleaning it out in front of the house. The seats were taped, and had gross stains. The glassware was disgusting and there was backwash in the alcohol. It was pretty clear that this thing was out on the town the night before and they didn't even clean it out. The office called 30 minutes before the scheduled pick up time for the bride and said that the hummer limo was broke and they were sending an ""upgrade"". The upgrade was a bus! Yes, it was nice on the inside but who cares since when the bride arrives for a wedding people see the outside! The hummer was broke all morning, but they didn't call until it was too late. This limo had the same problem, dirty seats, and dirty glassware. The manager also didn't keep his word on pricing that was agreed on the phone and charged us for an extra hour even though he had GPS data to back up our story. Stay away from these people! Cons: dirty vehicles, bottom of the barrel service, and they cheat on pricing! more

Although I am sure their intentions are good.. they are too small of a company it seems. because they have no backup plan if something happens. The guy who took my order originally, sounded sincere and means to do well but NO LIMO SHOWED UP for 6 of us waiting to go to Cancun. I called at 6 a.m. but they have nobody answering phones and by 6:10 we did get a a return call from some guy who just woke up but that guy who called me could really care less and all he could say was "" I'm sorry"" Oh ok moron..""I'm sorry?????"" oh yeah right--- that works for me now that we lost 30 minutes of time to get to the airport and check in . Horrible mafioso style service!! My friend in St. Charles ordered this service to drive me to Evanston. Pros: Car was comfortable enough despite the elevator music, which he changed when I asked. Cons: Did not explain extra fees; did not call when he arrived; charged my credit card; yelled and hung up on me. more

My brother and me rented stretch Hummer limo from this company for his bachelor party. The car was amazing, had a fully stocked bar. They gave us free admission to gentleman club. The driver was very helpful and cool. I recomend them to all my friends. Pros: specials page on their website more
