Review content:
Although I am sure their intentions are good.. they are too small of a company it seems. because they have no backup plan if something happens. The guy who took my order originally, sounded sincere and means to do well but NO LIMO SHOWED UP for 6 of us waiting to go to Cancun. I called at 6 a.m. but they have nobody answering phones and by 6:10 we did get a a return call from some guy who just woke up but that guy who called me could really care less and all he could say was "" I'm sorry"" Oh ok moron..""I'm sorry?????"" oh yeah right--- that works for me now that we lost 30 minutes of time to get to the airport and check in .
