Any Hour did a good job keeping me posted about my appointment which was running a bit late. Victor did a great job and was knowledgeable and pleasant.

Worst

I would never recommend this to anyone. The plumber was extremely dishonest. We had a home inspection done and the home inspector found a leak at the connection of one of the pipe...

Any Hour Plumbing 8/25/2015

Duane N. & his apprentice Brigham were professional & efficient when they were at my home for a recent small plumbing repair. After fixing the small leak under a sink they checked the water heater pressure & made sure the garbage disposal was operating efficiently. They explained everything they were looking at & why which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely contact this company again if I need assistance! more

Jordan came with in the window I was told. He described what he was going to do, was timely in getting the work done and made sure we understood what took place and how to extend the life of our equipment. more

A/C tune-up 7/16/2015

I am a new customer to Any Hour Services, but I would recommend them to my family and friends. Today I had my A/C tune-up. Jordan, the technician was friendly, efficient, and had some good suggestions on how I can make my A/C unit better and safer in the future. I am also enjoying the benefits of being a CAP member (the tune-up was free). Awesome! Their customer service is amazing. Keep up the great work. more

Excellent Service 6/26/2015

The technician was sensational; however would have given it 5 stars except they didn't show up for the first appt. with no call. I had to call them & was rescheduled.....then they didn't show for the rescheduled appt. either. They rescheduled again & finally showed up. more

Happy with results! 6/18/2015

Our AC went out on a hot summer day. When Colter came to look at it with Jordan he was very thorough. Explaining details to us so I could understand what was going on. I'm very pleased with the outcome. more

I hope to never need a plumber again BUT if I do I'll definitely call Any Hour and hope that they send out Zach. He was very professional and knowledgeable and did everything he could to make a "nasty" situation less miserable. more

Very bad experience with this company 4/24/2015

This is the worst company to deal with. I was over charged by over 500.00! STAY AWAY FROM ANY HOUR PLUMBING. Call any other company. The other reviews must be employees because there is no way anyone who has used ANY HOUR would write a good review. BEWARE STAY AWAY. more

wish I had never called 4/23/2015

The technician was very nice. I had my water softener in a box ready to be installed. I did not expect a sales pitch on other softener. I had already done my homework and decided on the one I had purchased. He gave me the cost of putting it in and it was three times the amount of the exact one I had a plumber install in my house a few weeks ago in St. GEORGE. It was more than one hundred dollars than the unit. I wish they had told me this before they came. At least an estimate. I was not happy to pay the $39 service charge and waste my time. I felt it was a bait and switch to get me to buy a more expensive v e one. more

Any Hour Services, Colter, service man 4/5/2015

Colter gets 4 stars. The company gets 3, so the average is 4 stars. The company's service people don't always tell you the whole deal until you sign. Colter did very well. Just be sure you read the fine print and ask questions or you may end up in a contract you don't want or need. They do excellent service but some of the things they say need fixing .... do not. Prices are probably about the same as other companies but I was told a certain price and then at the end it was greatly increased. Just know what you are getting for your money and maybe shop around. Their company is reliable and professional and follow up to make sure you are satisfied with your service. They have great customer service. Just some of the people who come out don't know all that they should as far as paperwork and contracts are concerned. more

Installation of water tank heaters 3/2/2015

This company went above and beyond helping me Windmire he water tank started leaking all over. The receptionist was excellent in getting back to me but my plumber was outstanding David a. He went above what normal plumbers did and called me before my appointment just because he was concerned and wanted the gas to be turned off. A lot of workers would just come for the appointment but not David. He and your representative represented the company with professionalism knowledge and great customer service. I will definitely referred the company to others and now that I am satisfied I found a good company I will use for my problems with electrical etc. more

Franc m. was the plumber who came to our home. he was very professional and very helpful. He explained the Service Plans and we enrolled in one if your plans.. He was very pleasant and helpful and explained everything regarding our problem. what I like most is that someone was able to come over in a very short time and we didn't have to wait all day or have to leave a message for someone to call us back.
