Colter gets 4 stars. The company gets 3, so the average is 4 stars. The company's service people don't always tell you the whole deal until you sign. Colter did very well. Just be sure you read the fine print and ask questions or you may end up in a contract you don't want or need. They do excellent service but some of the things they say need fixing .... do not. Prices are probably about the same as other companies but I was told a certain price and then at the end it was greatly increased. Just know what you are getting for your money and maybe shop around. Their company is reliable and professional and follow up to make sure you are satisfied with your service. They have great customer service. Just some of the people who come out don't know all that they should as far as paperwork and contracts are concerned.
