Both Jacob and Richard are excellent in the Service Department. Both have provided me excellent consumer service in last several trips to your dealership. Both my wife and I chose Annapolis Hyundai over other Hyundai dealerships, because of the way we are treated by your Service Department. more

Lucky I couldn't give no star. 3/19/2014

I bought a Genesis Coupe June 2013. When I filled up my tank I got 290 on a full tank. Now when I fill up I get 224. I have 3 friends who have the same vehicle and they're getting over 300 miles to a full tank. Your dealership has yet to fix or figure out the problem after TWO visits. I get excuse after excuse. more

Fast and friendly 3/14/2014

I always hate dealing with cars and maintenance but, I must say the only thing that could have made it any easier would be if they came and picked it up. I seriously don't expect that but, the whole thing was fast and friendly and I didn't leave dazed, confused and broke. more

Warranty Work 3/13/2014

My 2012 Sonata Hybrid had been to the dealership where I purchased it twice within the first year and since there were no "codes" they didn't do anything to fix the car. I bought another Hyundai from Annapolis Hyundai and decided to try out their service department. There were still no codes but they called the Hyundai engineers and discovered a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) that matched the issues the car was having. I was very impressed that Annapolis Hyundai took the extra steps to discover and fix my car's issues. more
