Annapolis Hyundai

I have had 1 good experience from this location. Just recently I had a tire blow out and the service attendant I believe his name was Jacob was very accomodating and was able to fit me in. I just wonder is it because I had to pay $300.00 for a new tire??? In the past I had warranty work done, due to bad tire sensors. I had to come back 3 different times and each time I had to sit and wait. Finally the last time I asked for a loaner vehicle and was given an adamant no! I had my boyfriend call and explain my work situation and I needed access to a vehicle for meetings. My boyfriends job was threatened. The gentleman stated "where do you work?" "Let me come to your job and tell you what to do or how to do it" "oh I know where that place is, maybe I need to go in and give you a hard time" All over the fact that the work wasn't completed properly the first 2 times and I patiently waited, the 3rd time I couldn't wait. On top of that instead of saying its possible it was my tire sensors they said it could be my fault, that I ran over a nail or maybe the pressure was too low. Which was not the case at all! I believe my request was simple and did not understand why we were given such a hard time. more

My 2007 Hyundai Tiburon recently had a fuel pump go up. I had my vehicle towed to Annapolis Hyundai where I was treated very well. The service representative was very helpful and made sure I was kept up to date. Great Job!! (a little pricey but you pay for convenience) more

Since moving to the Annapolis area we have taken our Hyundai in for warranty repairs and maintenance several times. The service mgr. , Rick has always been very helpful and courteous. Repairs have been prompt and if needed a loaner was provided. more

They lie to customers about products and parts available. Ive gone in twice to get a roof rack system put on that I prepaid for...they told me the parts were in stock and then after sitting around for hours they tell me hyundai doesnt make a rack for that car...after telling me it was in stock!!! more

We felt good about buying our 2011 Santa Fe at Annapolis Hyundai, and continue to be impressed with Rick and the entire service department. We usually get the car back cleaner than when it went in, and they are very fast! I've recommended Annapolis Hyundai to my friends and my family, and will continue to do so! more

The service work was great and fitting my rush needs was excellent. However when the car was returned, it had oil tracked throughout the driver and pasaenger side. They tried to clean but left solvent smell as well. Very disappointing, another woman said the same happened to her car as she drove out. more

I like this dealership. Any time I've had my car in for service, it's always been reasonably painless, at least so far. The people are friendly, courteous, and there is a small, but comfortable waiting room, with refreshments available. As for the service itself, everything, as far as I can tell, is up to par. I've never had a recurring problem. The only drawback I've seen is parking: it's a small crowded lot, parking spaces can be hard to find. more
