I've had my hair cut twice by the same person, she's nice, and cut my hair well but I both times I felt rushed at the end. I was told the first cut she would skip my scalp massage...

Just love my time here. Everyone is always friendly, engaging and professional. My stylist, Annemarie, always greets me with a smile. She gives a great scalp massage, shampoo, condition and cut. Then she ends with a different quick and fun style every time. And they use Aveda products! more

I've had my hair cut twice by the same person, she's nice, and cut my hair well but I both times I felt rushed at the end. I was told the first cut she would skip my scalp massage so she could focus on my cut, I was fine with that but the second appointment she didn't either even though I told her exactly what I wanted. I noticed another girl at the sink getting her neck and arms massaged. I was just a little irritated. I Will probably give her one more chance because she cut my hair very well and like I asked. I like the salon and location. more

As always, my experience was fantastic. My stylist is always friendly, yet professional; up to date, yet listens to what I am asking for. The only thing I would wish for is that everything did not have to cost so much! more

Awesome!!!! 1/13/2012

I had my first massage with Erica. Erica was amazing! I had a slight headache and her techniques made it go away. I left feeling so revived and calm. I highly recommend this service with her, it is great for stress and other ailments. I can't wait until I get another one! Thanks so much Erica! Brenda more

Perfect experience 1/3/2012

Thank you Nicole! I had my first massage and Nicole made me feel so relaxed and renewed I absolutely LOVED IT . I was going through a lot of stressful and tense things at the time and Nicole eased my mind and soul and i had no worries at all .I am definately staying with Nicole and will be coming to see her again ! more

Amazing first spa expierence! 1/3/2012

My husband got me a 5 hr spa day here for Xmas and even though it ended up to be a 7 hr ordeal due to a medical issue of one of the employees... I really can't complain. Nicole gave me a prenatal massage, a body wrap, and a facial and all were seriously amazing. She was so detailed accompanied by a warm personality. I never felt rushed.. I felt pampered. Serena gave me such an awesome manicure and pedicure... I would definitely go back for those 2 ladies. Thanks for making that day so special. more

Wonderful! 12/31/2011

I went to the salon for the first time last week and Lauren did my hair. I had attempted to highlight my hair at home to save money for holidays. Big mistake. Lauren fixed it up and it looks beautiful. I will be back to see her. She also had a great personality and made me feel very comfortable. The atmosphere is also great! more

AMAZING Transformation by Suzanne 12/16/2011

I took my 11 yr old daughter to Suzanne (who does my hair also) and the transformation was just INCREDIBLE!!! I didn't know about another place had taken a chunk out of the side of my daughter's hair until I was sitting beside her waiting for her appt. Suzanne saw it immediately and she blended the missing hair into Brit's hair without any problems at all. She thinned and texterized my daughter's hair and Brit said to make sure I do this survey to THANK SUZANNE SO MUCH FOR MAKING HER FEEL BETTER ABOUT HERSELF AND BEAUTIFUL!!!! Brit also said she's NOT going anywhere except to Animare for Suzanne to cut her hair from now on. :) I was SO happy when all was said and done and Brit turned around, she reminded me of Princess Diaries when Mia had her incredible transformation from thick, frizzy hair to one beautiful young lady. That was how my little lady looked after Suzanne's expertise. I want to thank Suzanne also for making my daughter feel like absolutely the most beautiful girl in the entire world and she had me take a pic and I sent it all over; she was so proud of how she looked. more

they give you their undivided attention 12/16/2011

Both my Mom and I go to Animare at Oyster Point for hair and the occasional pedicure. My 83 year old Mom is treated very well, and I can drop her off and know they will take care of her. We use Suzanne and Anne Marie, but the other stylists are also terrific. The prices are a bit above the norm, but I have never left the salon disappointed. I don't find the music distracting at the Oyster Point salon, and my Mom has never commented on it negatively. I personally would recommend then highly. more

20 min to fabulous hair! 12/9/2011

New to the area and I was referred to Anamare by a young lady at Chic Filet. I was referred to Mel. After a cut and color joke at another salon Mel made my hair absolutely amazing both cut and color! She is so knowledgable, professional, friendly and super sweet to boot! It literally takes me 20 min or less to fix my hair! That is a great cut! And the color she went with brought my skin and features to life! Genious! The girls at the front are top notch! So friendly and welcoming! I love this place and my hair hs found a new home! Thanks Mel! more
