Although this clinic graciously worked me in on a Friday afternoon to see my dog's tail injury, I was unpleased with the vet and professionalism of the staff. I waited over an hour for my dog to finally go back. Others in the waiting room told me that was the typical wait time. The lady from the front counter was "the messager." She said my dog had a tail injury (yes, that's why I brought her) and that she needed to stay overnight. When this was questioned, I was told they wanted to do X-ray and needed to give her a muscle relaxer in order to do, but I would be able to pick her up the next morning. Two hours after the promised time the following day, I was able to get my dog. (It took them 15 minutes to locate her collar, which they repeatedly said I didn't bring in). My dog wasn't given an x-ray after all, which made me wonder the need for the overnight stay. They made sure I was charged 2 daily treatments, that's for sure. The vet himself "refused" to speak with me.\r
