I have taken all the my dogs to Dr Stancell for 18 years...but for the last couple of years I haven't been happy with the process at this facility. I haven't been able to talk to Dr Stancell for years now. You aren't allowed to go with your dog when treated.All diagnosis and instructions are given to you by one of the girls at the desk. A couple of them seem fairly intelligent. One of them is a stressed out bubble head retard that I do not trust to give me accurate info from the vet.I know Dr Stancell is an excellent Dr but I am currently looking for another vet in this area. Also Dr Stancell has gotten pretty ridiculously high for someone that doesn't take the time to talk to the owners and explain anything to them in person.
