PLEASE READ; WOULD NOT ALLOW MY POST UNLESS RATED WORLD CLASS, PLEASE NOTE !!!Was not allowed to go back with sick dog. Parvo was negative. Positive for roundworms. Was TOLD dog had infection in bowel, and ear. Repeatedly requested lab reports to verify the presence of infection and gastro infection. Labs were never given, wanted to see report of white blood cells present. Treatment cost money, & I expected to receive the lab results prior to paying approx. $300 prior to any treatment Never was I shown a lab report. Was told the DR was in Surgery ~ Was also told DR examined my dog. He could not have examined my dog; if he had examined my dog he would have broken sterile field in OR. \r
Unpleasant staff, Rude. and untrustworthy.\r
Taking dog to another vet tomorrow.\r
