Don't waste you time or money here! I have been bringing my pets here for years. Their quality of service, customer service, and cleanliness of the office has gone way downhill. It took over 2 hours to do the yearly exam and shots on my dog. There was so much animal dander in there it set off my allergies and gave me a migraine. There was hair on the floor and a stitch from a previous client. My dog unfortunately needed surgery. They did not call me to give pre-op instructions, they did Not call me to say how she was doing after surgery, and they Did Not even call to say I could come pick her up. And on top of that it was over $100 over the estimate. I am done with Jones Road Animal Hospital and you should be too. more

I cannot recommend this clinic, even for emergencies. When one of my pets suddenly became critically ill, and in spite of the advertised 24 hour service, this clinic did not want the responsibility of hospitalizing my pet on site, but suggested an emergency clinic during regular working hours instead. Really?? Are you not an animal hospital??? Ok for yearly vaccinations if you don't have an established vet elsewhere, but if your pet is ill, bypass this place. more

Use Caution and your best judgement here! 2/19/2012

Before going here, you really have to decide if you want to deal with a revolving number of vets & vet techs. The owner of this clinic can't seem to keep the same people for more than a year or so. Makes you wonder why. I've had good, bad & mediocre service here depending on who's on call. The owner (which operates out of their Champions Northwest location reccomended $700.00+ of tests to determine what type of skin condition our dog had. We went to another vet (where we still go) and they did a simple skin test, which gave them the info they needed. We statrted a medication immediately and the condition has been treated successfully ever since. The vet we use now has only two vets, one who is the owner and the other who has been there several years. The Jones Road operation is similar to the dentists and eye doctors in town that use their name or brand name, but you never see the owner/doctor. You see the fresh out of grad school newbies, that are testing their new diplomas out on you (or in our case, our pet)! No thank you! more
