Don't waste you time or money here! I have been bringing my pets here for years. Their quality of service, customer service, and cleanliness of the office has gone way downhill. It took over 2 hours to do the yearly exam and shots on my dog. There was so much animal dander in there it set off my allergies and gave me a migraine. There was hair on the floor and a stitch from a previous client. My dog unfortunately needed surgery. They did not call me to give pre-op instructions, they did Not call me to say how she was doing after surgery, and they Did Not even call to say I could come pick her up. And on top of that it was over $100 over the estimate. I am done with Jones Road Animal Hospital and you should be too.
