From the front desk staff, to the techs, to the doctors - it's 5 star service for my 4 cats and 2 dogs more

Editorial review from Citysearch 8/19/2012

I highly recommend Dr. Sheila Johnson at Animal Health Associates. She and AHA staff (also fantastic) have been taking care of my cats and dogs for years. They have always been thorough in their explanations of my pets' health problems and have been extremely gentle and supportive when it came time to say goodbye to them. On two occasions, my dogs have been hit by cars while under the care of pet-sitters. Dr. Johnson took care of my dogs in my absence, made international phone calls to me to keep me updated on their condition. She gave me a great deal of her time upon my return to explain injuries, medical procedures and future care. I volunteer at a local dog rescue and recommend AHA to people who adopt our dogs. more

Great doctors and people 5/3/2012

I took my cat Sparkle in to Animal Health Associates because she had very bad breath. After the lady doctor examined her I learned that she had several rotten teeth that needed to come out, so I signed her up for a dental cleaning. After she came back home she was mopey for a day or so but since then she has been much more energetic and playful, more than she has been in years! The people there were all very nice to us and it didn't cost as much as I was afraid it would. Sparkle is now getting special cat chews that clean her teeth so we won't have to do this again. Thank you Animal Health Associates! more

from What I have seen from the ANIMAL HEALTH ASSCOCIATES Is that they are willingly to take you for what you are worth. In my opinion they do not present adequate solutions for the situation at hand more so they present the most expensive opinion as the most viable. more

MOST WONDERFUL VET EVER 8/26/2008

Animal Health Associates is by far the best vet I've ever taken my dog to. I've had a number of poor vet experiences, and I'm always happy to go see my Jazz dog's doctors at AHA. The staff are wonderful and love your pet. I moved to Portland and still drive to Eugene just to see them, because I don't trust anyone else with my dog. Best vet ever!!! more

Do Not Use Animal Health Associates - They Are Incompetent 3/10/2007

The Animal Health Associates office cares more about making money than the quality of care that your pet receives. The lack of competence in the office is overwhelming. Major errors such as recording lab data inaccurately and giving the wrong doseage of prescriptions almost led to my pet's demise. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for an office that prides itself on quality of care. more
