I highly recommend Dr. Sheila Johnson at Animal Health Associates. She and AHA staff (also fantastic) have been taking care of my cats and dogs for years. They have always been thorough in their explanations of my pets' health problems and have been extremely gentle and supportive when it came time to say goodbye to them. On two occasions, my dogs have been hit by cars while under the care of pet-sitters. Dr. Johnson took care of my dogs in my absence, made international phone calls to me to keep me updated on their condition. She gave me a great deal of her time upon my return to explain injuries, medical procedures and future care. I volunteer at a local dog rescue and recommend AHA to people who adopt our dogs.
